Welcome To Your Summer Beach House 

For over 100 years Camp Eaton has a been a destination for families looking for an affordable York Beach vacation destination.  While our guests have swapped canvas tents for modern RV’s, one thing has remained constant – the many summer memories they make each year at Camp Eaton.

 

Today we are an all seasonal site Oceanside Community with 255 sites with modern amenities spread across our 37 acre property located across from the southern end of Long Sands Beach.  You will quickly become part of our community of friends that call Camp Eaton their home (or home away from home) from May to October.

 

Make yourself at home, adding a platform deck and adder room can transform your RV into your own little “beach house” by the ocean for far less than an actual beach house.  Perfect for weekend warriors and “snow birds” alike.

 

Our residents also enjoy a wide variety of recreational opportunities on the property – there are several special events each summer from live music, movie nights under the stars, and inflatable water slide days on the Ballfield.  We also offer “anytime” recreation opportunities including a playground, wiffleball/kickball field, a dog park, basketball and corn hole courts.

 

Camp Eaton is a family run business with ownership actively involved in the day to day operations.  Peter & Kathy Wagner are fourth generation owners of Camp Eaton.  Matt Woodman & Mike Morgan represent the fifth generation of ownership hosting guests with the same clean, quiet, family camping tradition begun by Peter’s great-grandfather in 1923.
