An All Seasonal Site Community Across From The Southern End of Long Sands Beach
Utilities Included
Each site is equipped with town water, 30A electricity, sewer, and cable TV. Some sites have 50A electric. Internet service can be installed by our local cable provider
2025 Rates
For 2025 our rates range {depending on size and location of the site} from $7,700-$8,700 including tax and winter storage. Water, sewer, electric and cable TV are included. Internet service can be added for an additional cost
Services Offered
We offer or have independent contractors provide a full array of services including trailer set up, winterizing, lawn care, deck set up, adder rooms and more. An RV repair company visits us weekly should the need arise.
